The 75-acre Prehistomuseum in Flémalle! This new and novel site invites all the family to explore 12 different worlds, spanning nature, culture, heritage and adventure.
The Prehistomuseum is the first of its kind in Europe, featuring a protected cave, 2 permanent exhibitions, 2 temporary exhibitions every year, 9 nature experiences, 12 hands-on workshops, 1 archeorestaurant, 1 mammoth playground, an 8-km forest walk, attractive shop, 160-seater auditorium, training and research centre and a business function space.The Prehistomuseum is the ideal choice for an exciting and novel group excursion in a totally unique and brand new setting! The museum is set in a fabulous forest, home to the Ramioul Cave archaeological site. All tours are accompanied by an experienced and passionate guide, in charge of fostering exchanges, answering questions and generally making sure everyone has a great time! The Prehistomuseum offers 5 specialist interest, interactive itineraries: A la Carte, Voyage into Nature, Heritage, Archaeology and Prehistoric Fun. Each tour can be combined with a meal at the Archeorestaurant.
